The IDF Spokesperson’s office is reporting that a delegation of some 60 IDF commanders arrived in Poland on Monday, April 16, as part of the Witnesses in Uniform program. Guided by educators from the Yad VaShem Holocaust Memorial Museum, the officers started a four day study of pre-war Poland, the Holocaust, and contemporary Jewish Polish life. “It is very, very difficult to talk about the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust. It’s impossible to comprehend such a number. So the way to make it as comprehensible as possible is through the personal narrative,” said Cpt. Liat Carmi, who oversees the program. This is the 169th Witnesses in Uniform group sent to Poland by the IDF, which plans to send a total of 16 groups just this year. The trip does not focus only the horrors of the Holocaust. “We are talking about a thousand years of Jewish history in Poland,” said Cpt. Carmi. The participants stayed in Warsaw and Krakow, and visited the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp and other memorial sites. At some of the sites, the soldiers held military memorial services. The participants concluded each day of the journey with a reflective discussion. Commanders explored issues such as how to incorporate the ethical lessons gleaned from the journey into their leadership as commanders, how to convey the history of the Holocaust to the soldiers under their command, and how the Holocaust influences their identities as IDF soldiers.

Foreign Policy magazine reported in an exclusive piece this week that Israel has purchased an Azeri airfield on Iran's northern border, prompting the United States to watch very closely. Journalist Mark Perry wrote the Obama administration is monitoring Israel's relations with Azerbaijan, particularly its military ties. Israel has tightened up its relations with Baku over the past several years, helping Azerbaijan modernize its military with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and becoming its second-largest customer for oil. In particular, the $1.6 billion Israeli deal to jointly manufacture 60 drones of various types with Azerbaijan infuriated Turkey, according to a retired U.S. diplomat quoted in the report. The IDF canceled a $150 million contract to develop and manufacture drones with the Turkish military after Ankara demanded an apology following the Mavi Marmara flotilla attempt to breach Israel's maritime blockade of Gaza. “The Israelis have bought an airfield,” an official told the journalist, “and the airfield is called Azerbaijan.” The Americans believe Israel may use the site as a springboard for an attack on Iran's nuclear plants, or as a landing and refueling spot following one. The site could also be used for aircraft needed for search, rescue and recovery in the wake of an attack.

According to the report, she now fears that local government officials will eventually give into demands from the new Libyan regime and she will face extradition. Friends of Aisha in Europe, according to the report, said she believes the only country where she will feel safe is Israel, and she is advancing efforts towards obtaining political asylum with the realization that her chances of receiving asylum are not particularly good.

UNSC rejects Palestine's bid for membership

The UN Security Council Committee for Admission of New Members was unable to endorse Palestine's bid to join the ranks of this international organization. The draft report circulated at the UN headquarters in New York said that the votes of the committee's 15 Member States were divided. On October 31, Palestine was granted full UNESCO membership. During the vote, it received the support of 107 countries, including Russia. Voting "against" were 14 states, in particular, the U.S. and Israel. (Reuters)

A Kurdish news agency said the Turkish forces has crossed into Iraq in pursuit of the PKK members, who has recently intensified attacks on Turkish troops, police and civilians. Turkish officials vowed to reciprocate with absolute determination. Listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the United States and the European Union, the PKK took up arms in 1984 to create an ethnic homeland in southeastern Turkey. More than 40,000 people have been killed in conflicts involving the PKK during the past over two decades.

Contemporary Israelis blown apart in buses by a Palestinian suicide/homicide bombers are victims of this insane imagination.

Madison Grant's Nordic Theory

Grant is most famously the author of the popular book The Passing of the Great Race in 1916, an elaborate work of racial hygiene detailing the "racial history" of Europe. Coming out of Grant's concerns with the changing "stock" of American immigration of the early 20th century (characterized by increased numbers of immigrants from Southern and Eastern Europe, as opposed to Western and Northern Europe), Passing of the Great Race was a "racial" interpretation of contemporary anthropology and history, stating race as the basic motor of civilization. Similar ideas were proposed by Gustav Kossinna in Germany. Grant promoted the idea of the "Nordic race"—a loosely defined biological-cultural grouping rooted in Scandinavia—as the key social group responsible for human development; thus the subtitle of the book was The racial basis of European history. As an avid eugenicist, Grant further advocated the separation, quarantine, and eventual collapse of "undesirable" traits and "worthless race types" from the human gene pool and the promotion, spread, and eventual restoration of desirable traits and "worthwhile race types" conducive to Nordic society: A rigid system of selection through the elimination of those who are weak or unfit—in other words social failures—would solve the whole question in one hundred years, as well as enable us to get rid of the undesirables who crowd our jails, hospitals, and insane asylums. The individual himself can be nourished, educated and protected by the community during his lifetime, but the state through sterilization must see to it that his line stops with him, or else future generations will be cursed with an ever increasing load of misguided sentimentalism. This is a practical, merciful, and inevitable solution of the whole problem, and can be applied to an ever widening circle of social discards, beginning always with the criminal, the diseased, and the insane, and extending gradually to types which may be called weaklings rather than defectives, and perhaps ultimately to worthless race types. ” In the book, Grant recommends segregating "unfavorable" races in ghettos by installing civil organizations through the public health system to establish quasi-dictatorships in their particular fields. He states the expansion of non-Nordic race types in the Nordic system of freedom would actually mean a slavery to desires, passions, and base behaviors.

URUMQI, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan said member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) should consider setting up a free trade agreement (FTA) which, once in place, would cover about three fifths of the Eurasia's landmass. Zhong told a forum at the on-going China-Eurasia Expo in the northwestern city of Urumqi that such a FTA will further facilitate trade and create a sound environment for pragmatic regional economic cooperation. "Eying the trend of economic globalization, Beijing considers that SCO members should discuss the possibility of setting up a FTA within the organization at a proper time," the vice minister said. The SCO, founded in Shanghai in June 2001, groups China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The six member states cover an area of over 30 million square kilometers, or about three fifths of Eurasia, with a population of 1.455 billion, about a quarter of the world's total. Trade among SCO members grew seven times over the past decade to reach 8.4 billion U.S. dollars in 2010, Zhong said, adding that significant progress had also made in the cooperation on energy, transportation, and telecommunications. In November 2009, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev presented a draft proposal on a new European security agreement as an alternative to NATO. The document called the United States, the European Union and Russia the "three branches of European civilization," and assigned priority to the UN's role in international affairs.

Halley found the same astrological belief in Newton’s work. Abbas resembling Einstein

Palestinian attacks on Israelis in the West Bank were masterminded by aggressive extremists and are designed to disrupt the peace talks. A statement to that effect was made by the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in an interview published by the Austrian ‘Der Standard’. Ban Ki-moon urged all parties concerned to support the negotiating process and called for extending a moratorium on the building of Israeli settlements in the West Bank. The Palestinians, he said, ought to signal readiness for talks too.

PA to Pay Terrorists in Israeli Prisons Salaries

The Palestinian Authority passed a law last month granting all PA residents and Israeli Arabs imprisoned by Israel for terror crimes a monthly salary, Palestinian Media Watch reports.
According to PMW, the PA has defined by law which residents and Israeli Arabs would be deemed "prisoners" as "Anyone imprisoned in the occupation's [Israel's] prisons as a result of his participation in the struggle against the occupation."
In other words, all PA residents in Israeli prisons for terror crimes are officially added to the PA payroll. According to the definition in the PA law, PA car thieves in Israeli prisons will not receive a salary, but Hamas and Fatah terrorist murderers will.
The PA also gives a salary to Israeli Arabs convicted of terror crimes against Israel - the country of which they are citizens. PA benefits to Israeli Arab terrorists, in fact, are greater than the ones extended to PA resident terrorists.
Additionally, those serving more than 20-year sentences will receive a greater PA salary than prisoners serving shorter sentences, the new PA law establishes. Salaries are to be paid from the day of arrest until release.
More than 6,000 Palestinian prisoners are currently serving time in Israeli prisons for terror-related offenses, PMW says.
Among those now eligible are Abdullah Barghouti, serving 67 life sentences; Hassan Salameh, serving 38 life sentences; and Jamal Abu Al-Hijja, serving nine life sentences, all of whom are imprisoned for planning suicide bombings - three terrorists PMW recently reported as being called "heroic" by the official PA daily.
Who's Paying?
PMW noted the new PA law stipulates that payment of salaries "will be implemented... on the basis of available sources of funding." When the PA is short of cash for salaries, the salaries to the prisoners will be cut.
The PA has reported that the US, the EU, France, Britain, Ireland, Norway, Japan, India and the World Bank have all given money to the PA for its general budget in 2010-2011.
Such direct funding could be part of the "available sources" for terrorist salaries, or could free money elsewhere in the PA budget that could be used for these salaries, PMW says.
The list provided by PMW is not exhaustive as it relies solely on reports in the official PA daily. The PA receives financial aid from many other donors as well.
Recently, the EU announced the transfer of 45 million euros to the PA for salaries: "Some EUR 45 million of the funds from today's decision will go towards salaries and pensions of vital workers, mainly doctors, nurses and teachers."
In November 2010, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced the transfer of an additional grant to the PA's general budget: "After the transfer of the $150 million, the sum which the American administration will have transferred as direct budgetary aid to the PA for 2010 totals $225 million."
Although the EU, US and other donors are not intentionally funding salaries for terrorists, PMW says, their funding of other PA salaries and the budget makes money available in the general budget to pay terrorist salaries.
This Palestinian Authority law was enacted before the recent Fatah-Hamas reconciliation agreement. It was published in the official PA Registry on April 13, 2011.

Obama Said "1967 lines" Not "Borders" - And It Matters

Media outlets who misquoted US President Barack Obama on Thursday as saying he expected a "full a phased withwrawal" by Israel to "1967 borders" are making a subtle but serious mistake, CAMERA said.
Citing an AP story filed shortly after President Obama's Middle East speech CAMERA said the article -- only three paragraphs -- packed the serious factual error a whopping four times ("Obama says Palestine must be based in 1967 borders.")
Three times the article incorrectly refers to the 1967 lines as borders, while President Obama himself did not use that inaccurate language.
The AP article began: "President Barack Obama is endorsing the Palestinians' demand for their future state to be based on the borders that existed before the 1967 Middle East war . . . "
CAMERA points out no border existed between Israel and the West Bank before the 1967 war. The lines, established April 3, 1949 by Article III of the Israel-Jordan Armistice Agreement, are not borders but armistice lines, temporary boundaries to be replaced in the future by a negotiated, internationally recognized border.
The second and third paragraph of the AP article also refer incorrectly to the "1967 border." [Thus each paragraph of the brief story, plus the headline, uses the incorrect terminology. -Ed]
As for President Obama, CAMERA notes what he actually said was: "The borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states."
The distinction is a critical one because armistice lines lines are immaterial in international law in terms of land rights and final status agreements, whereas borders often can be legally decisive.
While CAMERA used the AP article as an egregarious and illustrative example of the error - numerous media outlets made the same mistake.

Exclusive: What Would Abe Rosenthal Say About the NYT Today?

(Israelnationalnews.com) Jack Engelhard, author of “The Bathsheba Deadline” and “Indecent Proposal”, as well as the award-winning memoir of his experiences as a Jewish refugee from Europe, has decided to make public a private exchange of letters he had with the world-famous and brilliant former New York Times editor Abe Rosenthal.
Rosenthal faced up to the mistake of New York Times' minimization during WWII of the slaughter of the Jews of Europe in an editorial in 1996. He admitted that the daily wrote about what was happening to Jews on inner pages. He regretted that error deeply and worried about the state of israel.
Engelhard's decision to release the letters to Israel National News for publication followed the recent op-ed by PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas published by the New York Times.

"So what else is new when, upon reading the paper Tuesday, May 17, here’s Mahmoud Abbas getting himself published as an op-ed contributor," Engelhard wrote in an opinion published by INN. "This is like Al Capone getting to tell his side of the story, or Josef Mengele giving advice in the Journal of the American Medical Association."

Abbas NYT piece effectively buried the Oslo Accords, upon whose ratification Roshenthal famously said, "The signing of these accords proves the anti-semites wrong - Jews aren't smarter than other people."

The Gray Lady's decison to give Abbas a bully-pulpit, and its skewed reporting of Itamar massacre, Nakba, and Obama's Cairo speeches, makes one wonder what Rosenthal, a 56 year veteran of the New York times (1943-1999) and 1960 Pulitzer Prize winner for international reporting, would say about her were he alive today.

It was this question that led Engelhard to release these never before letters. INN believes they speak for themselves. The then-editor of the New York Times saw Israel in a different light than the paper does today.

Dear Mr. Rosenthal:

My name is Jack Engelhard. I am the author of the novel INDECENT PROPOSAL, which later became the movie by the same name. I was born in Toulouse, France in 1940. My parents were quite wealthy. My father owned a great leather factory. He worked long hours and managed to own the land where he worked and where we lived. Then the Nazis came and told my father that he was standing on occupied territory. He was forced to leave and soon after we were forced to escape.

I tell you this at the start so that you will know the pain I feel when today, in the land of Israel itself, Jews are once again being told that the land on which they work and live, over which they spilled the blood of their sons, is occupied territory.

Only yesterday I heard Peter Jennings say, “Hebron is still in Israeli hands,” meaning that he assumed that soon it won’t be, just as he and so many others assume that sooner or later the entire land of Israel will be vacant of Jews. There is a momentum about all this and the great tragedy of it is that, through Rabin, Peres, Beilin et al, the Jews have brought it upon themselves.

I do not know exactly why I am writing you this. But I read your columns and I hear you screaming my agony between the lines. Is it possible that the current leaders of Israel do not know what they are doing? Is it possible that “Jewish guilt” is not a cute stereotype but rather the precursor of national suicide?

How strange, and sickening, to hear about Jews living with their bags packed, not knowing where they will live tomorrow. That’s how it was in the bad old days in Europe. That’s how it was for 2,000 years. Imagine this happening again, in the very land of Israel.

It is not all the fault of Israel’s leaders, who have been under enormous pressure simply by the language employed by the media, which always gives the Arab side the benefit of the doubt. Hence the West Bank is always but always referred to as Occupied Territory. Hence Biblical Jerusalem is now being referred to as “Arab East Jerusalem.”

Bur the current Israeli leadership shares much of the blame for redefining Israel from a land certain of its destiny to a nation ready to displace its own people and turn itself into ghetto after ghetto. They have forgotten Jerusalem. Imagine a Jewish leader agreeing that Jerusalem is “on the table.” This is mind-boggling.

But then, what isn’t? Rabin’s handshake with the man responsible for the cold-blooded murder of Israeli athletes – what is that if not the embracing of evil, and what of the standing ovation this same Arafat received at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

We do indeed live in interesting times.

King David said, “Love the good, hate evil.” So simple and yet so profound. It is the love of evil, the sages say, that is behind all the chaos in the world. Here, then, is where we are. The leaders of Israel are RAISING MONEY to create and support an Arab state whose proclaimed mission is the destruction of Israel.

This is what I believe: the world is accustomed to the Jews as wanderers, refugees. This is a natural inclination derived from 2,000 years of exile. The Zionists resisted this impulse for a generation or two, but now those heroes are gone. Finally, the nations have foisted upon Israel a leadership that is to their liking, a leadership that agrees that, yes, Jews are meant to be refugees, even in the land of Jacob and David.

When I was born there was no Israel. There were only Jews on the run. Jews with their bags packed.

I pray that I have not come full cycle.

Did you see where Mr. Rabin said that Israel bleeds because it is an occupying power? And all these years I believed that Israel bleeds because, as her leaders used to understand, the Arab nations would give her no peace, no acceptance.

GOP Slams Obama on Israel

(Israelnationalnews.com) Members of the U.S. Republican party, some of them presidential hopefuls, on Thursday sharply criticized President Barack Obama’s speech on the Middle East and accused him of betraying Israel.
“President Obama has thrown Israel under the bus,” Former Massachusetts governor and potential 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney said in a statement quoted on Politico.com. “He has disrespected Israel and undermined its ability to negotiate peace. He has also violated a first principle of American foreign policy, which is to stand firm by our friends.”
Romney, who is well acquainted with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, visited Israel in January.
Minnesota House member Michele Bachmann also responded to the presidential speech, saying on her Twitter account that Obama had “betrayed our friend and ally Israel. Obama’s call for 1967 borders will cause chaos, division & more aggression in Middle East and put Israel at further risk.”
Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty, also a potential Republican candidate for the presidency, called Obama’s call for Israel return to the so-called ‘1967 borders’ – the 1949 Armistice Lines which are considered indefensible by defense experts – “a mistaken a very dangerous demand.”
In a statement quoted in Politico, Pawlenty said that “the city of Jerusalem must never be re-divided. To send a signal to the Palestinians that America will increase its demands on our ally Israel, on the heels of the Palestinian Authority’s agreement with the Hamas terrorist organization, is a disaster waiting to happen. At this time of upheaval in the Middle East, it's never been more important for America to stand strong for Israel and for a united Jerusalem.”
Florida Republican Allen West also blasted Obama’s speech in a statement he released and which was quoted by Newsmax:
“Today’s endorsement by President Barack Obama of the creation of a Hamas-led Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, signals the most egregious foreign policy decision his administration has made to date, and could be the beginning of the end as we know it for the Jewish state,” said West.
“The pre-1967 borders endorsed by President Obama would deny millions of the world’s Jews access to their holiest site and force Israel to return the strategically important Golan Heights to Syria, a known state-sponsor of terrorism,” he added and emphasized that “there has always been a Nation of Israel and Jerusalem has been and must always be recognized as its rightful capital.”
West also said that “the Hamas-run Palestinian state envisioned by President Obama would be devastating to Israel and the world’s 13.3 million Jews. It would be a Pavlovian style reward to a declared Islamic terrorist organization, and an unacceptable policy initiative.” He called for the United States to “never negotiate with the Palestinian Authority- which has aligned itself with Hamas.”
West called on the American people “to stand by our strongest ally, the Jewish State of Israel, and reject this foreign policy blunder of epic proportions…The President should focus on the real obstacle to security- the Palestinian leadership and its ultimate goal to eliminate Israel and the Jewish people.”
In his speech at the State Department, Obama called for “two states for two peoples” with permanent borders based on the “1967 lines with agreed upon swaps,” basically accepting Abbas' preconditons. He said that the PA state should be contiguous and that Jerusalem and the refugees would be negotiated later..
“Our policy is two states for two peoples,” Obama said. “Israel as a Jewish state for the Jewish people. Palestine as a Palestinian state for the Palestinian people. A viable Palestine; a secure Israel.” The 1967 lines are indefensible, responded Netanyahu.
The president called on PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to recognize Israel as a Jewish state and maintained that the PA state be demilitarized. He rejected unilateral moves by Palestinian Authority leaders to achieve a declaration of statehood outside of negotiations in the United Nations in September, saying efforts to isolate Israel in the UN, and delegitimize Israel, won't achieve statehood.

WASHINGTON – US President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu acknowledged the differences that divide them even as they emphasized areas of agreement over the peace process, Iran and democratic changes in the Middle East after their White House meeting Friday.

Netanyahu flatly rejected any return to the 1967 borders, the basis – along with agreed land swaps – for a deal with the Palestinians as laid out in a speech by Obama the day before.

“While Israel is prepared to make generous compromises for peace, it cannot go back to the 1967 lines,” Netanyahu said, sitting alongside Obama in the Oval Office. “These lines are indefensible, because they don’t take into account certain changes that have taken place on the ground, demographic changes.”

Netanyahu also ruled out any return of Palestinian refugees to Israel proper or that Israel would negotiate with Hamas, branded a terrorist organization by both US and Israel.

Obama echoed Netanyahu’s last point, using stronger language to reject the prospect of Israel talking to Hamas than even a day earlier in his own Middle East address.

“It is not a partner for a significant, realistic peace process,” Obama stated Friday. “The Palestinians are going to have to explain how they can credibly engage in serious peace negotiations.”

But Obama did not accede publicly to Netanyahu’s demand, made in a statement following Thursday’s speech, that he endorse a letter written by George W. Bush that included an American rejection of Palestinian refugees settling in the Jewish state and acknowledged more clearly that Israel’s final borders would include settlements, the demographic changes on the ground alluded to by the prime minister.

Netanyahu seemed to push Obama to speak out on the refugee issue after the president in his speech the day before underscored the need to “tell the truth.”

“It’s not going to happen. Everybody knows it’s not going to happen,” Netanyahu said of Palestinian refugees being absorbed by Israel. “And I think it’s time to tell the Palestinians forthrightly that it’s not going to happen.”

Both leaders acknowledged that they didn’t see eye-to-eye on every issue, referring to “differences” on details as they sought to emphasize their larger shared interest in pursuing peace.

“We have may have differences here and there, but I think there’s an overall direction that we wish to work together to pursue a real, genuine peace between Israel and its Palestinian neighbors, and peace that is defensible,” Netanyahu said.

Obama, for his part, said that, “Obviously there are some differences between us in the precise formulations and language, and that’s going to happen between friends.”

In a nod to Netanyahu’s focus on Israel’s strategic concerns, the president added, “What we are in complete accord about is that a true peace can only occur if the ultimate resolution allows Israel to defend itself against threats.”

Following a meeting that ran more than an hour later than planned, and comes ahead of Obama’s own address to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee on Sunday, the American president stressed that “the extraordinarily close relationship between the United States and Israel is sound and will continue.”

John Paul II' Reassessment of Vatican Council II

As a high ranking hierarch from the homeland of Copernicus, Bishop Karol Wojtyla wasn't enthralled by the final results of Vatican II. In the aftermath of the Counci, using his newly gained prestige as a “prince of the Church,”Card. K. Wojtyla had written book entitled Grounds of Renewal which was intended to be a "synthesis of the most important teachings of Vatican Council II. There is no Polish edition of The Documents of Vatican II comparable to the American edition of 1966. Card. Wojtyla's book published belatedly in 1972 presented the documents of Vatican II to the Polish laity in a censored, or should I say, distorted version, especially the documents relating to the Christian-Jewish relations. Commenting on the words of Rom 11:28 ("the Jews still remain most dear to God…") quoted in Lumen Gentium, Card. Wojtyla remarked sardonically, "These words apply to the Jews who received Christ not." It was a statement which one could expect from a member of the Polish Church.
Let me remind here what Malcom Hay wrote his Europe and the Jews: “German responsibility for these crimes, however, overwhelming it may be, is only a secondary responsibility which has grafted itself like a hideous parasite, upon a secular tradition, which is a Christian tradition. How can one forget, that Christianity, chiefly from the 11th century has employed against Jews a policy of degradation and of pogroms, which has extended – among certain Christian people into contemporary history, which can be observed still alive to-day in most Catholic Poland, and of which the Hitlerian system has been only a copy, atrociously perfected.”

Card. Wojtyla did not quote Declaration on the Relationship of the Church to Non-Christian Religions which could inform his Polish readers that: "The Church recalls too that from the Jewish people sprang the apostles, her foundation stones and pillars, as well as most of the early disciples who proclaimed Christ to the world."

What Card. K. Wojtyla started, Pope John Paul II continued. In the above mentioned Declaration you can read: "In company with the prophets and the same Apostle, the Church awaits that day, known to God alone, on which all peoples will address the Lord in a single voice and ‘serve him with one accord”. This particular declaration of faith is a paraphrase of the verse of prophet Sophonias 3:9: 'For then will I turn to peoples a pure language. That they may call upon the name of the lord, to serve Him with one consent.” The quotations of the Hebrew Bible suggest that the Lord whom all peoples will address in a single voice is the God of the Hebrew Bible, not of the New Testament.

What is even more striking; a reference to "conversion" of the Jews was removed from an earlier version of this Declaration. And look how Pope John Paul II distorted this teaching of Vatican II in his book Crossing the Threshold of Hope: "The time when the people of the Old Covenant will be able to see themselves as part of the New is, naturally, a question to be left to the Holy Spirit. Following in the footsteps of John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI issued, a directive, authorizing expanded use of a prayer known as the Tridentine Mass. The phrase “perfidious Jews” was removed from the liturgy, however, the prayer recited on Good Friday, still includes a prayer for the conversion of the Jews. That explains his urgency in the canonization process of his predecessor.

A few facts from the long history of religious conflicts between Rome and Jerusalem will show the important role played by Syria and its solar religion in the endeavor of spiritual extermination of Jewish people.
” – In the reckoning of the Seleucid dynasty (that is, in the late Dec. of 167 B.C) – “the king set the Abomination of Desolation on the altar of holocausts”, according to the horrified chronicler of I Maccabees. This things was a statue of Olympian Zeus, king of the Greek gods (also known in Asia Minor as Baal, for the Greeks were happy to have their gods take local names), now given pride of place in the Temple of the Living God and defiling both the Temple and the Jewish people with unimaginable sacrilege. Whoever objected, whoever persisted in the old, exclusive ways, whoever had her children circumcised, whoever refused to perform his civic duty and make sacrifices in the customary manner to the pantheon of gods, was put to the sword – mothers with their circumcised infants “hung round their necks.”
Let me quote here what has become known as Tacitus Fragment 2, preserved by the Christian historian Sulpicius Severus in his Chronica 2.30.6-7 (ca. 400-403 CE). This fragment gives the details of the debate within a high-level military council of war called by the Roman army commander Titus just prior to the destruction of the Second Temple by the Romans in Jerusalem in 70, near the end of the first Jewish revolt against Rome. The debate was over whether or not the Roman army should destroy the Temple. For our purposes here, the last half of frag. 2 (= Severus' Chronica 2.30.7) is the most relevant because it specifically mentions "Christiani":(2.30.6) It is reported that Titus first deliberated, by summoning a council of war, as to whether to destroy a Temple of such workmanship. For it seemed proper to some that a consecrated Temple, distinguished above all that is human, should not be destroyed, as it would serve as a witness to Roman moderation; whereas its destruction would represent a perpetual brand of cruelty. (2.30.7) But others, on the contrary, disagreed--including Titus himself. They argued that the destruction of the Temple was a number one priority in order to destroy completely the Jewish religion.

The scholars never want us to forget that Luke wrote Acts with a purpose that is, to reconcile the two factions in early Christianity – Jerusalem and Antioch, those who thought that the Jesus-movement was always to be contained within the parent of Judaism, and those who believed that the gentile believers were the new Israel, that 'Judaism' had been supplanted by 'Christianity'.

Luke's accurate and relatively abundant knowledge about the Herod family may be due to his acquaintance with certain people who had close contact with the family. He mentions Joanna the wife of one of Antipas's stewards, among the well-to-do women who supported Jesus and his disciples during their itinerant ministry, and his reference to Manaen (in Persian Manaem or Menahem, means Paraclete or Comforter) 'companion' or 'courtier' of Herod, the tetrarch who became one of the leading teachers and prophets in the church of Syrian Antioch about AD 47 is also of interest. Luke must have found in Manaen a valuable informant on the contacts of Antipas and his relatives with the early Christian story.

“And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him. And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils, and Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod’s steward (Chuza was King Herod’s business manager and was in charge of his palace and domestic affairs), and Susanna, and many others, who gave him of their wealth for his needs. “ (Lk. 8:1-3). Interestingly, some early Christian mosaics depict Jesus in uniform of a Roman legionary.
With Philo's close connection to the house of Herod, one might reasonably expect that the miraculous escape from a royal prison of a gang of apostles (Acts 5.18,40), or the second, angel-assisted, flight of Peter, even though chained between soldiers and guarded by four squads of troops (acts 12.2,7) are not real miracles after all. They knew that they were being arrested to make them popular among the oppressed Jews.
Now you will grasp the full meaning of Luke 16:17: “The law and prophets were in force until John's day, from that time the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached.”

Heliocentrism wasn't discovered by Copernicus. It was introduced from Syria to Europe when emperor Hadrian after destroying Jerusalem and its Temple founded in Rome the school of philosophy, oratory and literature which he called Athenaeum, and which waged the merciless psychological war against the Jews and their Holy Scriptures. Philosophy always saw “the cosmos as the result of an evolution of matter reducible to pure chance and necessity.” The Greek goddess Athena is usually depicted with swastikas on her dress.

According to a 4th century historian Eusebius, emperor Hadrian made Plutarch governor of Greece. Delphic inscription reveals that he possessed (like Paul) Roman citizenship; his nomen of family name, Nestrius, was no doubt adopted from his friend Lucius Mestrius Florus, a Roman consul.

Plutarch believed in in the superiority of Greek heliocentric culture and in the meritoriousness and providential character of the Roman Empire. In De facie in orbe lunae, wrote that the heliocentric system of Aristarchus was “proved” (apodeiknumi) by the Syrian astrologer Seleucus of Seleukia. Seleucus's heliocentric was put into the mouth of the juvenile Jesus when he lectured the rabbis in the Jerusalem Temple. But this lecture is reported only in the Syrian Version of the New Testament Pashitta. It was ignored in the Greek Canon of the New Testament.

Emperor Septimus Severus's doctrine of limited Sovereignty proposed to bring all his subjects together under the worship of Sol Invictus – the Unconquered Sun – and to subsume under that worship all the various religions and philosophies then current. All gods were to be accepted, as long as one acknowledged the Sun. Emperor Severus's mother was Julia, a daughter of the Syrian High Priest of the sun god Surya/Baal. Let me remind here that when persecution of the Christians was undertaken by Diocletian (303-311), it was because he wanted to establish a church-state in the worship of the sun-god, according to Emperor Septimus Severus's policy line. This solar religion was supposed to become the belief cementing various religious traditions of the conquered peoples, including the Jews.

The Roman Juggernaut called the Church

Instead of the faith of Jesus we have a faith derived from sun myths moulded around him. With the later creation of documents bearing the Apostle's names it is a small miracle than anyone could find the truth about such a matter when the deception has been so extensive. It becomes almost a certainty that Eusebius was right in surmising that Essenic writings have been used by Paul and others who would later write the “gospels” and later apply the Apostles' names to them. The sun myths were later applied to a Jewish rabbi and authority was given to them through various writings proposing such beliefs by competing sects to which final authority was later to be given by attaching the names of Matthew, Mark Luke, and John to them. The Emperor Hadrian could see no difference between the early Christians and the followers of the ancient Egyptian god Serapis, who was the Sun. In a letter to the Consul Servianus, the Emperor says: "There are there [in Egypt] Christians who worship Serapis and devoted to Serapis are those who call themselves 'Bishops of Christ'" (Giles, Hebrew and Christian Records, vol. ii. p. 86. London: 1877).
Early Church Father Tertullian (160-220 C.E.), an "ex-Pagan" and Bishop of Carthage, ironically admits the true origins of the Christ story and of all other such god-men by stating in refutation of his critics, "You say we worship the sun; so do you" (Wheless, Forgery in Christianity, p. 147). Interestingly, a previously strident believer and defender of the faith, Tertullian later renounced Christianity. (Wheless, Forgery in Christianity, p. 147).

Ammonius Saccus, a Greek philosopher, founder of the Neoplatonic school, taught that Christianity and Paganism when rightly understood, differ in no essential points, but had a common origin, and are really one and the same religion" (Taylor, Diegesis, p. 329).

Rome's Slogan: “Judaism is a corrupted and dying Religion”

The story of temptation of Christ on an “exeedingly High Mountian” (Mt 4:8) is a typical example of smuggling the perennial Roman heliocentrism into Christian lore. In Plutarch’s De Iside and Osiride we find a story that Akhenaten in his childhood had a dream: a god resembling the sun god Ra took him by his hand and from an exceeding high mountain showed him all the kingdoms of the world and then said to him: All these things will I give to you, if you restore my rule. And Akhenaten, in a bloody revolution, did restore the rule of the sun god (heliocentrism). He built for his new god and for himself a new capital Akhetaton (presently known as El Amarna) and proclaimed the new divine rule Aton – a god of “social justice.”

Egyptologists paid particular attention to giving pharaoh Akhenaten and his new religion (monotheism based on the sun disc ‘itn) Aryan credentials. Some writers even believed that worship of Aten was superior to Judaism: “By no other religion in the world is Christianity so closely approached as by the faith of Akhenaten.” Thus Christianity, either spiritually or historically, could be ultimately derived not from the Semites but from an actual or honorary Aryan, because Akhenaten's Aten is the same as Nordic Wotan.

Hadrian not only replaced the destroyed Jerusalem by Aelia Capitolina, but, on top of that, he abolished the name Judea and replaced it with Palestina and added it to Syria. In the course of time, the Latin name Philistia was further bastardized into Palistina or Palestine thus aryanizing it, because Philistines were Greek invaders into Egypt and Gaza region. During the next 2,000 years Palestine was never an independent state belonging to any people, nor did a Palestinian people distinct from other Arabs appear during 1,300 years of Muslim hegemony in Palestine under Arab and Ottoman rule. During that rule, local Arabs were actually considered part of, and subject to, the authority of Greater Syria ( Suriyya al-Kubra).

In a response published in the wake of the UN 1947 resolution to split Palestine in half, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party ( a counterpart of the German Nazi party) declared in the spirit of the American King-Crane Commission: “Neither Britain, the Soviet Union, America; nor, indeed, Egypt or Arabia has any title to determine Palestine’s future. The whole General Assembly of the United Nations can have no right to impose on the Syrian nation resolutions that divest the Syrian national sovereignty over its homeland or its right over its own territory. The whole General Assembly of the United Nation can have no right to intentionally abrogate the right of free nations to determine their destinies by themselves. Palestine was always a southern part of Syria” They forgot that it was called Judea before it was raped by the Roman Empire.

In the Roman mythology we find also striking parallel to the story of temptation: Jupiter was led by Pan (the Devil) to the top of a mountain called the Pillar of Heaven whence he could see the countries of the world. Keep in mind that the Latin term orbis, actually means what Germans call Kreisscheibe i.e. a circle, a disk. (Urbi et Orbi)

Cicero writes: “ In the starry belt that the Greeks call the Zodiac, there is a certain force of such a nature that every part of that belt affects and changes the heavens in a different way, according to the stars that are in this or an adjoining locality at a given time.” These signs of the Zodiac, “Houses of the Sun”, were the 12 Constellations to which the most potent influence over destiny was ascribed. They are linked by artists not only with Time, Mother Earth, and the Seasons, but also with the traditional Olympian gods, by their appearance as a circular ring with Jupiter, Lord of All in their midst. On large bronze commemorative medallions of 2nd century emperors from Hadrian onwards, we see them as children disposed around a globe beside Mother Earth, sometimes with the signs of the Zodiac displayed above; on the medallions of Commodus – under which such ideas especially flourished – they emerge from a circular frame held by Jupiter. In this sort of representation Jupiter is synonymous with Time, just as time is actually identified with a number of other gods such as the sun, and Serapis.

Jupiter was the god of Virgil's heliocentric system presented in his Georgica:

The Roman “Christianity” of Emperor Constantine

“When I, Constantine Augustus, as well as I, Licinius Augustus, fortunately met near Mediolanurn (Milan), and were considering everything that pertained to the public welfare and security, we thought, among other things which we saw would be for the good of many, those regulations pertaining to the reverence of the Divinity ought certainly to be made first, so that we might grant to the Christians and others full authority to observe that religion which each preferred; whence any Divinity whatsoever in the seat of the heavens may be propitious and kindly disposed to us and all who are placed under our rule. And thus by this wholesome counsel and most upright provision we thought to arrange that no one whatsoever should be denied the opportunity to give his heart to the observance of the Christian religion, of that religion which he should think best for himself, so that the Supreme Deity,* to whose worship we freely yield our hearts) may show in all things His usual favor and benevolence.”

Who is the Supreme Deity? - Julius Caesar had been enrolled in the pantheon of Roman gods in 42 BC, and the comet, as described in Octavian’s memoires, was considered the soul of the divine Julius Caesar approving of his heir. Octavian took the title son of god (DF, on coins) and when he had secured the empire for himself in 27 BC took the title Augustus, effectively, “the Most High”! It was a divine title, and altars were set up to Augustus the God in some Roman provinces. The Title “The Most High” was borrowed from the cult of Jupiter OPTIMUS MAXIMUS THE SAME AS Ζεὺς, κύδιστος, μέγιστος, Zeus, Best and Greatest. The original Ζεὺς was Called by the Greeks the Son of Time, or SON OF THE SUN (Logos).

In his Oration to the Assembly of the Saints Emperor Constantine claimed that "Jesus Christ, Son of God, Saviour, Cross" was the one pointed in a Prophetic Acrostic of the Erythrean Sibyl, because “he wanted to have nothing in common with this odious people (meaning Jews).” The same Sibyl appears on the cover of John Paul II's collection of poems titled The Roman Triptych.

Here are the words of Constantine from his Oration: “It is evident that the virgin uttered these verses under the influence of Divine inspiration. And I cannot but esteem her blessed, whom the Saviour thus selected to unfold his gracious purpose towards us. That this Prophecy respecting our Saviour was not the Fiction of any Member of the Christian Church, but the Testimony of the Erythraean Sibyl, whose Books were translated into Latin by Cicero before the coming of Christ. Also that Virgil makes mention of the same, and of the Birth of the Virgin's Child: though he spoke obscurely of this Mystery from Fear of the Ruling Powers.”

A passage introduced into the Sybilline Oracles declares of the ultimate Jewish ruler: “And then shall God send from the sun a king who shall make all the earth cease from ruinous war…And the Temple of the most high God shall be loaded with rich adornments, the gold and silver furnishings of purple, and the fruitful earth and sea shall abound in good things.” (…) “This Beliar will raise high mountains. Will calm the waves of the sea, will make the shining sun stand still, He will raise the dead and many miracles will he perform.” A Polish saying says about Copernicus that “He stopped the sun and moved the earth.” Like a real avatar of the Buddha.
Let me remind here that, like his famous predecessor Thomas Aquinas's, Voltaire's focus was on nature conceived of as God, exacltly like Spinoza's deus sive nature worshipped as Substance. It was believed also by Voltaire that the Roman sun god, Sol, was the visible manifestation of an invisible "Highest God" (Etre Supreme, summus deus), who was the principle behind the universe. This god was thought to be the companion (Socius) of the Roman emperors. Constantine's adherence to this faith is evident from his claim of having had a vision of the sun god in 310 while in a grove of Apollo in Gaul. Julian the Apostate praised by Voltaire as “the greatest man that ever was” and who was proclaimed Emperor in Paris at the Thermes de Cluny, standing on a shield in the Frankish manner in 360, wanted to replace the recently recognized Christianity with the religion of the solar “Highest God” also worshipped by Emperor Elagabalus (lit. “the Highest god”).
Magnus ab integro saeculorum nascitur ordo (Virgil, IV Eclogue)

The translation: „The great march of the centuries begins anew” misses the beef of the philosophical abiogenesis: ab integro...nascitur ordo” The Latin term integer denotes 'the whole thing' or 'number of whole things.'

The scarab was linked to Khepri ("he who has come into being"), the god of the rising sun. The ancients believed that the dung beetle was only male in gender, and reproduced by depositing semen into a dung ball. The supposed self-creation of the beetle resembles that of Khepri, who creates himself out of nothing. Moreover, the dung ball rolled by a dung beetle resembles the sun. Plutarch wrote:
“The race of beetles has no female, but all the males eject their sperm into a round pellet of material (like the pellet of Big Bang?)> which they roll up by pushing it from the opposite side, just as the sun seems to turn the heavens in the direction opposite to its own course, which is from west to east."
The Key Passage from Copernicus's Book (I,10)

In the center of all rests the Sun. For who would place this lamp of a very beautiful temple in another or better place than this from which it can illuminate everything at the same time? As a matter of fact, not unhappily do some call it the lantern, others, the mind, and still others, the Leader of the World. Trismegistus calls it ‘visible God’*; Sophocles’ Electra, ‘that which gazes upon all things.’ And so the sun, as if resting on a kingly throne, governs the family of stars (like Zeu pater) which wheel around.” Early man, as we find in the Assyrian Triad, had as its center the "perfect circle," representing to them God who is the center of all things.

*The Stoics held that the heavenly bodies and the cosmos itself were living divine beings: “The cosmos is a god; the stars are gods; the earth is a goddess (Gaia).” The role of Kosmokrator was attributed in Greco-Roman antiquity to the sun. Cicero speaks of the sun as 'the Lord, chief ruler of other lights, and the mind and guiding principle of the universe.”

If our Sun must be the most important object in the universe for Copernicus, why then would there be stars so much larger than the material home of God, and why would this home be so small compared to the size of the entire universe? Cardinal K. Wojtyla restores the religion of Jupiter, Best and Greatest

During the celebration commemorting 500th anniversary of birth of Copernicus, in Fromborg (Poland), an icon of Copernicus was displayed evoking features of Jesus Christ of the Shroud of Turin. The Polish caption is even more revealing of the intentions of the organizers of this celebration, which was also attended by the then cardinal K. Wojtyla. It read: “Truly this divine masterpiece of the Best and Greatest Being is immense”. (Zaprawde, ogromne jest to arcydzielo Istoty Najlepszej i Najwiekszej” See, Jan Pawel II, papiez z Polski. Ed Interpress. Warszawa 1979, p. 116). You can also see a picture of card. K. Wojtyla strolling with other priests beneath the banner with the Copernicus image).

The triangle bridging the caption and the icon of Copernicus is the Pythagorean triangle whose sum of powers has been appointed as the origin of the generation of the cosmic elements. Similar triangle was worn on God's head (cp. Napoleon's hat in the shape of a triangle) on the front page of the Vulgate published in Rome 1592

The Best and the Greatest Being mentioned on this banner is, of course the Roman god Jupiter to whom Constantine in his capacity as pontifex maximus sacrificed even after his conversion. Franz Boll (Sternglaube und Sterndeutung, p.31) recounts, as other sources do too, that Constantine also ordered a horoscope from an astrologer for himself, for this new city of his: Constantinople – many years after his “conversion” He also “sacrificed to Jupiter, Best and Greatest”, after his conversion. Even shortly before his death in 337 CE, he had a commemorative coin struck on which Constantine is represented as Jupiter, while one of his sons is represented in the guise of Bacchus.

A person who was in school with Stalin, said of what they were taught: “…in order to disabuse the minds of our seminary students of the myth that the world was created in six days, we had to acquaint ourselves with the geological origin and age of the earth, and be able to prove them in argument; we had to familiarize ourselves with Darwin’s teachings.” So, in plain words, the Church seminary J. Stalin attended labored to get the Bible’s explanation for origins out of kids’ hearts and fill those same with the evolutionary explanation for origins.

The Arab, atheist philosopher Averroes, for example, rejected the doctrine of creation out of nothing, because he thought that to affirm the kind of divine omnipotence which produces things out of nothing is to deny a regularity and predictability to the natural world.Obviously, Ch. Darwin is in debt to Averroes.
On this political premise, Averroës (1126-1198) based his criticism of the Ptolemaic system and of the Biblical geocentrism for that matter: “Therefore new research work is necessary in order to find the “true” astronomy, which can be derived from the true principles of physics. As a matter of fact, today there is no astronomy at all, and what we call astronomy is in agreement with our computations but not with the physical reality.” Th. Aquinas concurred, by embracing heliocentrism and abiogenesis.
John T. Pawlikowski, a professor at the Catholic Theological Union of Social Ethics, Chicago, observed: “It is now becoming increasingly apparent to biblical scholars that the lack of a deep immersion into the spirit and content of the Hebrew Scriptures leaves the contemporary Christian with a truncated version of Jesus' message. In effect, what remains is an emasculated version of biblical spirituality.” Conversion of Jews to the “truncated version of Jesus message” would mean a catastrophe of apocalyptic dimensions for the whole world For thousands of years God did not allow that to happen. Will he allow it now? I sincerely doubt it

Clinton Won't Rule Out Dealing with Hamas-Fatah PA

(Israelnationalnews.com) U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton refused on Thursday to rule out further talks with the Palestinian Authority even after the pact signed a day earlier between Fatah and Hamas, the New York Times reported..
Speaking in Rome, Clinton was asked if the deal closed the door on negotiations between Israel and the PA for the foreseeable future. She evaded a direct answer, and said that there were “many steps that have yet to be undertaken in order to implement the agreement” between Hamas and Fatah.

Clinton added that “we are going to be carefully assessing what this actually means because there are a number of different potential meanings to it, both on paper and in practice.”

At a joint news conference with Clinton in Rome, Italian foreign minister Franco Frattini said Hamas must abide by the conditions of the "Quartet" of Middle East mediators in order to be considered “a possible interlocutor.” These are:
Recognition of Israel
Renunciation of terrorism and violence, and
Acceptance of previous agreements and obligations, including the Roadmap
On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called the unity pact a “tremendous blow to peace and a great victory for terrorism.” Netanyahu was in London to meet British Prime Minister David Cameron.

From Britain, Netanyahu headed to Paris, where he was to meet President Nicolas Sarkozy Thursday. In an interview with the weekly L’Express magazine, Sarkozy urged Netanyahu to “take the risk of peace.”

“In all my political life I have been a friend of Israel,” Sarkozy said. “But there will be no security for Israel without a viable, democratic and modern Palestinian state.”

Several members of Congress have asked the Obama administration to suspend U.S. aid to the PA. The U.S. has spent $542 million since 2005 to train the PA’s National Security Force, including $150 million in the current fiscal year, according to the NYT report. Administration officials have said the aid will continue as long as Fatah-PA head Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad remain in charge of the PA in its present configuration.

Concerned moderate Israelis have long warned that the U.S.-trained and armed PA forces will eventually turn their guns on Israel.

B. Clinton unhappy with Russian Israelis

The former US President Bill Clinton feels that Russian immigrants and settlers in the Middle East are the main barrier in the way of reaching a settlement in the region. He told the Global Initiative conference in New York that Israel’s Russian-speaking population is the least interested in concluding an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement. The former US President complained that 16% of Israelis are Russian-speakers, which is a shocking problem, since they make Israel a different country.

The Prime Minister told the Cabinet Sunday morning, "I hear about two states, but I don't hear two peoples." In a press conference Friday, President Obama directly told reporters that Israel should meet Abbas' demand but ignored the Israeli demand, stated in a reporter's comment that “Abbas…said the Palestinians won’t recognize Israel as a Jewish state.” The reporter continued, “The question is, if these talks fail at an early stage, will this administration disengage? Or maybe you’re ready to step up and deepen your personal involvement.”
